Flint Vineyard Pinot Noir Précoce 2018

Flint Vineyard Pinot Noir Précoce 2018

Head winemaker Ben drew on his experience of working in France to utilise both Beaujolaise and Burgundian techniques to produce a delicate red wine that has a nod towards these styles but is typically English. Grapes were fermented and aged in both neutral Burgundian oak barrels and stainless steel vats, resulting in a fruit driven wine with complex spice and smokey notes from oak ageing.
